We are Qvest Engage in Hamburg, a solution provider for digital media products and consulting, specializing in the digitalization of television. We electrify TV broadcasters like ZDF, ARD, RTL, and TV platforms like Magenta and Sky, as well as international partners. We develop products from start to finish and support our clients from the initial product idea to operational management. You understand that we aim to make our clients' lives a bit better and easier, as we don't offer off-the-shelf standards but tailored digital solutions and products.
This is what you will be doing with us
Your talent lies in using your communication and negotiation skills to win over and sustainably electrify others for you and the products and services of Qvest Engage.
- Identification and qualification of leads based on your market and customer analyses, also considering the competition
- Acquisition of new contacts at national and international companies
- Regular communication with leads and prospects about their requirements and our solutions, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up of meetings
- Creation of detailed offers based on customer requirements in collaboration with the Business Development team and management
- Coordination of sales activities with the Qvest Group for other territories
- Generation of measurable results through new business, including contract closure
- Regular reporting based on KPIs to the management
- Participation in important trade fairs, roadshows, and customer visits
You have

- You show diligence and determination, as well as a reliable, structured, agile working style paired with a friendly and confident demeanor.
- You have a broad network in the international media industry, with a focus on Europe, preferably with an emphasis on public service broadcasters.
- You are communicative, can present to clients, and express yourself excellently in English.
- You have a commercial background and at least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales.
- You are interested in the latest digital products and ideally enjoy using them.
- You possess analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as knowledge of collaborative tools (Microsoft Office, CRM such as Salesforce, Miro, Teams, Jira, etc.).
