Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps (m/f/d)

You will be part of our dedicated DevOps team and play a key role in shaping the way we build, deploy, and operate our software – both for internal products and real production environments. You will work closely with development and contribute ideas, automate, simplify and enable smooth deployments on modern cloud platforms.

• Evolve and automate our GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Manage infrastructure across platforms: Kubernetes on AWS, on-premises (Proxmox), and others
• Work hands-on with Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Ansible, and PowerShell to orchestrate and maintain scalable cloud-native systems
• Contribute to secure and resilient architectures, observability, and performance optimization
• Collaborate closely with developers to streamline handovers, deployments, and feedback loops
• Support project-specific infrastructure tasks and environments for international B2B customers

• Experience with Kubernetes in production (setup, scaling, maintenance)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, especially GitLab CI
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible
• Comfortable working in cloud (AWS) and on-premises environments
• Scripting knowledge (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, aws cli)

 
Nice to have:

• Experience with ArgoCD or similar GitOps tools
• Knowledge of media-related architectures (video streaming, real-time services)
• Monitoring and logging experience (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Fluency in both English and German is a plus
