UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

• Craft innovative interfaces within agile projects that resonate with users and drive engagement
• Participate in workshops and contribute to capture ideas and requirements for digital products and services
• Stay updated on digital trends, infusing your designs with modern interfaces and fresh ideas that inspire
• Share your expertise within the team regularly, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration

• 1-3 years of professional experience in crafting user-centered interfaces, spanning from conceptual design to wireframing to seamless developer hand-off
• Proficiency in the development of modern design systems including typography, iconography, colors, components and responsive layouts
• Familiarity with essential UX methodologies like interviews, personas, and user story mapping
• Experience using design software for wireframing & prototyping (eg. Miro, Figma & Adobe Suite)
• Open-mindedness, empathy, a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to quality
• Good written and spoken proficiency in German and English
