Innovation Consultant (m/f/d)

• Develop and implement strategies to support and empower our clients in their transformation processes
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and risks
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate strategy workshops and empowerment programs for executives and teams
• Take responsibility for projects and work in interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges and develop innovative approaches
• Support the development and implementation of change management processes to promote sustainable change
• Actively contribute to and further develop our Strategy & Empowerment area, including the integration of new methods and approaches

•  At least 5-7 years of professional experience in strategy development, management consulting, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and initiatives in a consulting environment
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior team members
• Sound knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of corporate strategies
• Experience in change management and organisational development
