AI Consultant (m/f/d)

• Develop AI Transformation Services: Lead the development of AI consulting offerings, including product and process innovation. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and refine our AI service strategy
• Sales and Networking: Engage in sales activities to attract new clients and projects. Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to support business development and growth
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored AI strategies. Guide clients through the entire AI adoption process, from initial concept to implementation
• Project Management: Oversee AI-driven projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including researchers, designers, and developers
• Workshops and Training: Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients’ employees with AI knowledge and skills. Develop training programs that foster a culture of AI-driven innovation
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the latest AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Translate this knowledge into innovative AI solutions for our clients
• Internal Collaboration: Share your AI expertise within the HYVE team, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration. Contribute to the collective growth and success of the organization

• A master's degree in business informatics, technology management, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification with at least 1 year of professional experience in digital innovation in a managing or technical role. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• AI Competence: Understanding and practical experience with Generative AI and with Machine Learning
• Possess an open-minded attitude, empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strive for excellence in all aspects of your work
• Appreciated are coding skills and experience in the development of AI MVPs and demos
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
