• You will work as part of a team to create visual concepts and design assets for our brand communication
• You will assist in the implementation of campaigns and develop creative ideas for print and digital media
• You will work on presentations, trade fair appearances, social media assets, reports, and other marketing materials
• You will design media for our website and contribute to its visual development
• You will work in a hybrid model: at our modern location in Cologne and flexibly remotely
• You will receive high-quality equipment tailored to your creative needs

• You have 2–3 years of practical experience in graphic or communication design – in an agency or in the marketing department of a company
• You have a keen sense of design, layout, and typography and can visually summarize complex content
• You are skilled in the common tools of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and ideally have experience with Figma
• You work carefully and independently and enjoy trying out new things
• You have a degree or comparable training in design, visual communication, or similar
• You are interested in tech and business topics and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new content
