We offer you a trainee programme with the aim of taking on the role of Principal Associate in the company after one year. You will receive a permanent employment contract as a Principal Associate from day one. The trainee phase lasts 12 months, during which you will accompany and support our Principal in the field of Control & Communication in the technical and organizational aspects of his projects.
At Qvest, Principals have the overall responsibility for customer and internal projects. They manage the project and the teams holistically, in close coordination with the responsible project managers and technical managers. They also take on commercial and technical responsibilities. After your one-year training period, you will work closely with the Principal in your target function as Principal Associate and support international projects in the media, information and communication technology sector together with our various teams. You will be part of a dynamic, varied, and collegial working environment and will receive an attractive remuneration package from day one.
Your Tasks
- You work closely in a team with our Principal of our Control & Communication branch and learn the project spectrum of Qvest comprehensively
- From the beginning, you will be introduced to the management of project teams and the field of activity of the principal
- You will take on a wide range of tasks within the scope of projects and carry them out on your own responsibility
- In the medium term, you will take on commercial and technical responsibility within the scope of project execution
- You are responsible for the further development of customer relationships
- You work out solutions for internal tasks and develop the company further with us
- You have ideas and implement them independently and with our support
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Media Informatics, Media Technology, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics with or without professional experience
- High motivation and willingness to work and make decisions on your own responsibility
- High willingness for personal and professional development as well as for taking responsibility from the very beginning
- Confident appearance and communication skills, ability to work in a team and analytical way of working
- High willingness to learn and the ability to work out new topics independently
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
