Our Bid & Commercial Managers are responsible for the national and international support of account management as well as the preparation of commercial and technical offers for all Qvest Practices / Qvest Service areas and ensure contract management in order processing. In your role as an order clerk with a focus on AP+/ERP, you will support the Bid & Commercial Management teams with customer enquiries and offers and act as a national and international contact person within order processing.

Your Tasks

  • Maintenance of customer orders in German and English (entry, execution, checking)
  • Transferring information from complex customer offers to order processing (ERP)
  • Order processing in coordination with the relevant interfaces (in particular sales, project management, purchasing, logistics)
  • Supporting the Bid and Commercial Management teams in the preparation of complex offers for projects and customer enquiries
  • Administrative tasks including maintenance and operation of the ERP system
  • Collaboration in interdisciplinary, international teams in projects with a focus on order processing
  • Reporting requirements to the purchasing department within the ERP system used
  • Participation in the processing of commercial project adjustments (change requests) in the project context
  • Contact for national and international locations within order processing
  • Continuous process improvement and implementation of best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Your Profile

  • Completed training as an office communications / office management clerk, industrial clerk or comparable commercial training
  • Professional experience in order processing, customer service, administration
  • Good basic commercial understanding
  • Independent, reliable, very careful and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with all dialogue partners in a binding, friendly and equal manner
  • Confident handling of MS Office 365, experience in dealing with merchandise management systems
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Possibly knowledge of export/customs clearance
