Join the core team of our new Qvest startup 'Qspaces'. We develop and operate cloud-based system solutions for international customers in the media and broadcast sectors. As Senior Manager Go-to-Market, you will play a key role in shaping the global expansion and commercial development of our operational Solutions-as-a-Service. Working closely with the management team, you will take on the critical commercial responsibility for the success of 'Qspaces' and act as the central interface to Qvest’s sales and marketing teams.

Your Tasks

  • Coordination of Sales Activities: You will coordinate sales and pre-sales activities, developing tailored solutions and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for clients, in collaboration with Solution Architects
  • New Customer Acquisition and Lead Qualification: You will identify and qualify leads, build the global customer base for Qspaces, and drive the outreach to potential new customers
  • Presentations and Pitching: You will conduct customer presentations and pitches, crafting comprehensive value propositions that address specific customer requirements
  • Customer Proposals and Partnerships: You will contribute to the creation of proposals for enterprise sales at the group level and maintain sales partnerships with third-party vendors and partners
  • CRM and Sales Pipeline: You will document sales opportunities in the CRM system and with cloud service providers, supporting the research and development of the sales pipeline
  • Sales Representation and Events: You will represent Qvest at trade shows and customer events, working closely with the management and sales teams at the group level
  • Market Analysis and Development of Sales Strategies: You will analyze markets and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Development and Implementation of Business and Marketing Strategies: You will work on the creation of sales and marketing materials in collaboration with our Group Marketing Team

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Media Technology, or a comparable qualification; newcomers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
  • Several years of experience in go-to-market activities for cloud-based solutions, ideally in the media industry
  • Professional experience in Business Development, either on the operator or (SaaS) provider side (ideally with relevance to the media industry)
  • Profound knowledge of cloud-based architecture and DevOps, ideally with corresponding certifications and experience with hyperscaler tools (e.g., AWS Partner Central)
  • Established network of contacts, multipliers, and potential clients within the global media & entertainment industry
  • Strong strategic and analytical skillsets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • Independent work style and a high level of team spirit
  • "Hands-on" mentality and the willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic environment
