As Project Manager, you will manage global broadcast and media projects. Together with internal experts, consultants and system architects, you will take on the challenges of highly complex technical projects in which your management skills are particularly in demand. As an organizational talent and team player, you will also always keep track of deadlines, milestones and budgets and regularly coordinate with your team as well as with customers and external service providers. Your Tasks

  • Project management, monitoring and documentation of technological transformation and infrastructure projects in the media, IT, entertainment and broadcast sectors
  • Definition and fulfillment of project goals in terms of time, cost and quality
  • Responsibility for project communication with customers, suppliers and other project participants
  • Commercial and organizational handling in cooperation with sales and technology/system integration
  • Assembling and leading project teams and external staff, locally and internationally
  • Maintenance and operation of the project management software used (BlueAnt) as well as the ERP system AP+ for reporting purposes
  • Creation, updating, publishing and filing of project relevant documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Smartsheet

Your Profile

  • Completed technical studies or comparable training (you are welcome to join us as a career changer)
  • Knowledge in project management as well as demonstrable long-term experience with broadcast projects
  • Certifications in project management (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) desired
  • Knowledge of topics such as PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2 and ITIL
  • High communicative competence, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Confident handling of project management software (e.g. Smartsheet) and Office applications
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Hybrid working environment, expectation to work on customer site when required
  • Willingness to adapt work schedule to accommodate customer time zones (EMEA & US)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, French and German skills are an advantage
