Coordinator Logistics (m/w/d)

As a Coordinator, you will work with the project team to design and optimise our international supply chains. At Qvest, you will experience the whole world of logistics, from incoming goods and warehousing to planning and implementing the dispatch of goods. When they arrive at one of our construction sites around the world, you will receive them and continue to ensure that everything runs smoothly. A hands-on mentality and initiative are required here. • Research and advice on planning activities
• Monitoring the entire supply chain
• Carrying out project logistics for EU and third country transactions
• Customs clearance of import and export shipments in various procedures
• Tariff classification of goods according to a harmonised system
• Calculating freight costs and import duties
• Maintenance of goods and transport data in centralised systems
• Creating and providing certificates of origin and supplier declarations
• Processing goods movements including incoming and outgoing goods
• Coordinating deliveries with project managers and the purchasing department

• Completed studies in the field of logistics management or completed training in the field of logistics (ideally business management assistant for forwarding and logistics services) as well as successfully completed further training (e.g. logistics foreman, business economist)
• Customs knowledge in export/import in general and HS Code tariff classification
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Project-related willingness to travel at home and abroad
• Experience with ERP-supported logistics processes and MS Office
• Structured approach and strong hands-on mentality
• Accurate, conscientious and responsible working style
