As part of our ‘Live Experience’ marketing team, you will make Qvest a tangible company and brand. With your organisational talent, you will be there live when we skilfully showcase Qvest at trade fairs, roadshows and specialist events, inspiring customers and visitors alike. You will be an integral part of event projects - from planning to the event and its follow-up - and experience the success of your work at first hand. Your Tasks
- You will support the planning, organisation and implementation of events such as trade fairs, roadshows and customer and partner events
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders in event preparation
- You will be responsible for the administrative coordination of events with subsidiaries and foreign companies
- You take responsibility for your first sub-projects
- You will be involved in the development of strategies and measures to continuously improve our brand experience
- Contribute your creativity and new ideas to location scouting and research
- You take on the communication and coordination of external suppliers and service providers
- You support the follow-up of events, including feedback collection, reporting and controlling
Your Profile
- You have a degree in event management, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained initial professional experience in the event sector from student jobs, internships or similar
- You work in a team-oriented manner and have a strong hands-on mentality and organisational skills
- You are not easily flustered and a high degree of reliability is a matter of course for you
- You like to be there live and show a willingness to travel
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office rounds off your profile
