Our Bid & Commercial Managers are responsible for the national and international support of the Account Management as well as the preparation of commercial and technical offers for all Qvest Practices / Qvest Service areas and take care of the contract management in the order processing. In your role as Bid & Commercial Management Coordinator, you will act as the internal sales contact for national and international locations and coordinate sales processes in connection with our project business. As an interface between internal departments and suppliers/customers, the focus is on bid, tender and order processing.

Your Tasks

  • Internal sales contact for national and international locations
  • Independent processing of smaller tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Management of tender-related submissions such as pre-qualifications, request for information (RFI), etc.
  • Organising and submitting the necessary information via the relevant tender and customer portals
  • Supporting Bid Management in the preparation of complex offers for projects and customer enquiries
  • Collaboration in interdisciplinary, international teams in projects from the enquiry to the preparation of the offer and order processing
  • Administrative tasks - including maintenance of the ERP system used
  • Participation in the processing of commercial change requests in the project context
  • Creating, revising and standardising the necessary documents for tenders and bid submissions
  • Monitoring of tender portals (EU-wide) and internal information distribution (enquiry documents, bidder questions, etc.)
  • Participation in the analysis and compilation of commercial, contractual and administrative requirements (RFP / request analysis)

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed training or studies (commercial or technical)
  • Very good basic commercial understanding
  • Knowledge of EU public procurement law / tendering processes is an advantage
  • Structured, analytical and independent way of working
  • Organisational skills and entrepreneurial flair
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with all dialogue partners in a binding, friendly and equal manner
  • Confident handling of MS Office 365, experience in dealing with merchandise management systems
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German and French
