We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Sales MENA (m/f/d), to represent our business and further develop this region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about media and entertainment with the drive to support, retain and grow our client base, already having a strong record of B2B technology sales in this industry. You'll gain the trust of our clients, building professional relationships with key executives at client companies and selling our services through knowledge and integrity. You should be driven to succeed and will be measured by our growth targets, so you will know how to drive new business to achieve group commercial success. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia.

Your Tasks

  • You act as a representative of the Qvest Group
  • You are responsible for defining market and customer strategies
  • You take over the responsibility for the sales practices of the Qvest Group
  • You take on the classification of customers in a tier model defined by Qvest
  • You have a 360° view of the customer
  • You define an engagement plan with specific KPIs for customers in each tier to ensure success
  • You have a close relationship to customers decision makers (CIO, CTO, purchase department, departments heads)
  • You are responsible for the proactive individual customer tiering and thresholds by region
  • You have the knowledge to identify and understand client needs, budgets, strategies and objectives
  • You have full budget responsibility for a region and a vertical in a region, including the synergy growth of the Qvest Group companies
  • You have a direct engagement with general managers of Qvest Group companies and principals / practice leads to achieve strategy goals at clients
  • You have direct responsibility for closing MSAs
  • You have an understanding of the competitive landscape
  • You demonstrate the opportunities in the steering committee from your point of view
  • You define the bid strategy, including the responsibility for a successful bid
  • Reporting takes place in Salesforce
  • You are responsible for compliance with the approval matrix

Your Profile

  • A graduate or master's degree in the relevant fields (e.g., business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, or similar)
  • Proven experience in defining market and customer strategies in highly dynamic market environments
  • Validated experience in the fields of digital transformation, multi-product and solution sales (Cloud, Software/SaaS/PaaS) in the media & entertainment field, specifically in a B2B sales environment
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales within media and entertainment technology, showcasing a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs and product/service positioning
  • Passion for data-driven sales management
  • Highly customer-focused and excellent social skills with the capability to inspire and build trusted relationships, both, internally and externally
  • Motivated to work close to the customer, placing services directly to them, and thereby understanding the customer's needs
  • Proven results in sales development and strategies for market and customer
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects, priorities, costumers and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Commercial acumen and expertise in negotiating and closing deals
  • Relationship management skills at C-level and mid-management level
  • Routine handling of sales management software (CRM) and MS Office
  • Business fluent English in spoken and written form
  • Native language of Arabic is desirable
  • Proactive, ambitious and hands-on
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build and manage sales pipeline
