AI Innovation Consultant (m/f/d)

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and execute AI strategies, guiding them through the entire process
• Empower our client’s employees with AI knowledge and skills. Develop training programs and initiatives that foster a culture of AI-driven innovation
• Facilitate concept and use case workshops, bringing together stakeholders and subject matter experts to explore AI-driven possibilities. Use your expertise to guide discussions on strategic positioning, feasibility, viability, and desirability
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including researchers, designers, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven projects. Keep projects on track, within budget, and maintain quality standards
• Utilize contemporary methodologies such as design thinking and lean startup to drive AI innovation effectively
• Continuously stay updated on the latest AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Transform this knowledge into innovative AI product ideas for our clients
• Regularly share your AI expertise within the HYVE team, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration. Contribute to the collective growth and success of the organization

• A master's degree in technology, business, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification with at least 1 year of professional experience in the digital innovation in a managing or technical role. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Design Thinking: Familiarity with essential design thinking methodologies, including conducting interviews, creating personas, and using user story mapping techniques to drive innovation and user-centric design
• Tool Proficiency: Competence in using office tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for effective communication and documentation. Experience with Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT and MidJourney
• AI Competence: Understanding and practical experience with the latest GenAI advancements, such as custom GPTs, AutoGPT etc.
• Possess an open-minded attitude, empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strive for excellence in all aspects of your work
• Appreciated are coding skills and experience in the development of AI MVPs and demos
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
