Innovation Consultant for Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

• Consult, coach and manage our clients during the development of digital products (mobile / web), from requirements analysis over strategic positioning, conceptualization and evaluation to the implementation
• Coordinate a team of collegues from research, design and development to successfully deliver in-quality, in-time and in-budget projects
• Ensure a solid documentation of the overall project with traceable decision making, development backlog and change management
• Use modern methods like design thinking, lean startup and Scrum
• Moderate workshop formats and interviews to discuss strategic positioning, feasibility, viability and desirability with stakeholders and target users
• Stay updated on digital trends and transform them into innovative product ideas
• Share your expertise within the team regularly, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration

• A master degree in the field of technology, business or a comparable qualification with 1+ years of professional experience in the development of digital products (e.g. as an intern, employee or freelancer) in a managing / technical role (alternatively bacherlor degree with 3+ years working experience)
• Experience with agile project management frameworks like Scrum, Kanban etc.
• Familiarity with essential design thinking methodologies like interviews, personas, and user story mapping
• Familiarity with office tools (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence or similar)
• Open-mindedness, empathy, a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to quality
• Good written and spoken proficiency in German and English
