Join us as a Solutions Architect and be at the forefront of transforming the broadcast and media industry with qibb, our cutting-edge, cloud-based automation platform. In this hands-on role, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to design and implement innovative solutions for some of the world’s most iconic media brands. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling seamless integration of media workflows, with a focus on low-code automation, APIs, and production technology.
This is a unique opportunity to join a small, impactful team driving US market expansion and redefining media technology workflows.
Your Tasks
- Master the qibb platform and gain deep insight into customer needs, developing tailored workflow automations to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
- Independently design and implement proof of concept (POC) projects, including developing workflows with APIs and demonstrating qibb’s value in digital media supply chains
- Create and optimize low-code integration and automation workflows, leveraging Node-RED
- Write and execute custom JavaScript functions to support advanced automation and integration needs
- Lead customer demos, training and technical sessions, showcasing technical proficiency and building trust with media technology professionals
- Maintain customer and partner communication throughout the trial and POC process, ensuring a seamless transition to contract
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to provide robust responses to RFIs and RFPs technical insights
- Work closely with international colleagues to align on global strategies and share best practices for integration and workflow development
Your Profile
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in media technology and/or operations, ideally within movie and television production environments. Proven ability to design automation workflows and integrations using low-code platforms, with experience in Node-RED a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, including the ability to write custom scripts for API integrations
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON metadata structures, with experience building integrations using these technologies
- Familiarity with movie and television production technology workflows and related tools
- Passion for cloud-native technologies and modern media workflow architecture
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) to explain complex technical concepts effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment
- Well-organized and output-oriented, with a “get-it-done” mentality
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- While this job is remote, willingness to work Eastern US hours
