Join our team as a Working Student Business Operations. In this pivotal role, you'll support the backbone of our growing company, ensuring that our processes are not only efficient but also continuously improving. You will play a key part in optimizing our business processes and ensuring smooth operations across various departments, including Legal, Finance, HR, Sales, and Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll contribute to crucial projects that drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation within our organization.

Your Tasks

  • Process Management & Optimization: Assist in managing, creating, and optimizing business processes, as well as improving reporting systems and dashboards to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Help ensure compliance with internal processes, contributing to enhanced efficiency across various departments.
  • Documentation & Visualization: Document and visualize implemented processes and measures.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Support operational workflows throughout the company and across various departments, including introducing and implementing new ideas.
  • Project Involvement: Engage in and manage cross-functional projects, these could be related to compliance, information security, business continuity, audits, and company workshops. Ensure seamless integration and execution across different areas of the business.
  • Departmental Support: Assist Legal, Finance, HR, Sales, and Solutions in daily operations and intercompany matters, contributing to strategies and improvements through market research and analyses.

Your Profile

  • Education & Experience: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, a related field, or in a startup or tech environment
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication and social skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
  • Process Improvement: Documenting processes, identifying root causes, and implementing improvements
  • Project Management Skills: Having some experience managing or being part of projects is a bonus. Being able to help oversee tasks, ensure things stay on track, and deliver results on time
  • Personal Attributes: Motivated, proactive, and responsible, with an ability to work independently. You excel in driving assignments from concept to completion with discretion and flexibility
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and precision, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, even in a busy environment
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with new technical tools; a basic understanding of sales processes
