As Senior Treasury Manager, you will play a key role in the further development of our Group Treasury function. You will be responsible for establishing and further developing our liquidity planning and management, thereby creating the basis for transparent and reliable management of the Group’s financial resources.
In this role, you will combine conceptual thinking with operational execution: you will not only develop concepts and processes, but also implement them hands-on and ensure that Treasury structures are sustainably embedded in day-to-day operations. As a key point of contact for all Treasury-related matters, you will work closely with the CFO, Group Finance, international subsidiaries, banks, and other financial partners.
Your Tasks
Liquidity Planning & Treasury Management
- Establishment and further development of Group-wide liquidity planning
- Development and implementation of appropriate Treasury processes, structures, and standards
- Preparation, further development, and monitoring of cash forecasts and liquidity projections
- Analysis of Group-wide cash flows and liquidity positions
- Identification of optimization opportunities and areas requiring action in cash management
- Further enhancement of transparency regarding the Group’s liquidity position
Financing & Financial Risk Management
- Supporting the management and further development of the Group’s financing structure
- Managing and further developing relationships with banks and other financial partners
- Monitoring and managing financing instruments and relevant financial KPIs
- Identification and assessment of financial risks, particularly foreign exchange and interest rate risks
- Development and implementation of appropriate measures to manage these risks
Collaboration & Advisory
- Acting as a sparring partner for the CFO and Group Finance on all Treasury-related matters
- Close collaboration with Accounting, Controlling, and international Finance teams
- Key point of contact for banks and other external financial partners
- Participation in Group-wide Finance and transformation projects
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a comparable financial environment
- Solid experience in liquidity planning and management
- Experience in designing and independently implementing Treasury processes or structures
- Proven project experience, ideally in the introduction, further development, or optimization of Treasury structures
- Strong hands-on mentality: you not only develop concepts but also implement them operationally
- Excellent understanding of cash flows, liquidity management, and financing structures
- Experience with financial and ERP systems as well as very strong Excel skills
- Structured, analytical, and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial matters in a clear and understandable way
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
