We are currently looking for a Warranty Manager (m/f/d) to take responsibility for warranty and service processes, ensure smooth execution, and strengthen our team with their expertise.

Your Tasks

  • Supporting our national and international TV and media clients
  • Processing warranty claims in our ticket and ERP system
  • Correspond with customers, manufacturers and couriers
  • Provide telephone and email support
  • Inspect and perform initial technical assessment of returned equipment
  • Perform incoming goods inspections, including serial number verification
  • Researching and requesting spare parts and initiating orders
  • Dealing with queries relating to incoming invoices
  • Requesting and documenting quotations
  • Oversee the loan of test equipment, including coordinating maintenance and shipping logistics
  • Act as an interface between purchasing and sales
  • Carry out minor repairs on site (technical knowledge is an advantage)

Your Profile

  • Commercial or technical training in a broadcast environment
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Experience of warranty and claims management
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Commitment, dedication, flexibility and assertiveness
  • Strong customer, service and solution focused mindset
  • High resilience, even in stressful situations, with strong de-escalation and teamwork skills
  • Ideally knowledge of databases, broadcast IT and infrastructure, streaming and video formats
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
  • Knowledge of logistics and ERP systems would be an advantage
