Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for preparing intercompany invoices as well as invoices for external customers. You will support account reconciliation and clarification, as well as the analysis and billing of intercompany services. In addition, you will act as a competent support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, dunning runs, and accounting-related project tasks.

• Preparation of intercompany invoices as well as invoices for external customers (projects and merchandise)
• Responsibility for account reconciliation and clarification
• Support in accounts receivable management, including dunning processes
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Implementation of process optimizations
• Involvement in accounting-specific project tasks
• Analysis and billing of intercompany services
• Support with posting bank statements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a financial accountant
• At least initial professional experience in accounts receivable / accounts payable accounting
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ideally experienced in working with eGecko and AP+
• High level of commitment, team spirit, and affinity for numbers
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good command of written and spoken English
