Als Associate Project Manager – Product & Delivery unterstützt du das Team bei der erfolgreichen Implementierung unserer Softwareprodukte Makalu und Clipbox in anspruchsvollen, internationalen Großprojekten. Dabei vermittelst du als zentrales Bindeglied zwischen Produktentwicklung, dem Projekt-Delivery-Team und unseren Kunden.

Your Tasks

  • Unterstützung bei der Projektüberwachung und -dokumentation von Software-Delivery-Projekten in den Bereichen Medien, IT und Entertainment
  • Beobachtung der zeitlichen, kostenmäßigen und qualitativen Projektziele
  • Projektkommunikation mit Kunden, Produktteams sowie weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Organisatorische Abwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktentwicklung & Projektteam
  • Koordination von Projektteams und externem Personal
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung, Veröffentlichung und Ablage von projektrelevanten Dokumenten

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches/kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung (z.B.: Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik, Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management)
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie erste Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Auffassungsgabe
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse zu Themen wie cloudbezogene Infrastrukturlösungen (z.B.: AWS), Systemintegration, Softwarelösungen im Medienbereich (z.B.: Playout) wünschenswert
