Als Project Manager – Product & Delivery koordinierst du die erfolgreiche Implementierung unserer Softwareprodukte Makalu und Clipbox in anspruchsvollen internationalen Großprojekten. Dabei agierst du als zentrales Bindeglied zwischen Produktentwicklung, Projekt-Delivery Team und unseren Kunden.

Your Tasks

  • Projektsteuerung, -überwachung und -dokumentation von Software-Delivery-Projekten in den Bereichen Medien, IT und Entertainment
  • Definition und Erfüllung der zeitlichen, kostenmäßigen und qualitativen Projektziele
  • Verantwortung für die Projektkommunikation mit Kunden, Produktteams sowie weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Organisatorische Abwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktentwicklung & Projektteam
  • Zusammenstellen und Führen von Projektteams und externem Personal
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung, Veröffentlichung und Ablage von projektrelevanten Dokumenten

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches/kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung (z.B.: Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik, Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management)
  • Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im Medienbereich sowie nachweisbare Erfahrungen mit Softwareprojekten von Vorteil
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich Projektmanagement (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) erwünscht
  • Kenntnisse in Themen wie: Cloudbezogene Infrastrukturlösungen (z.B.: AWS), System Integration, Softwarelösungen im Medienbereich (z.B.: Playout)
  • Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationssicherheit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen Office-Anwendungen und Jira Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
