Als Head of Support (m/w/d) übernimmst du die fachliche und strategische Leitung unseres derzeit 5-köpfigen Supportteams – mit Raum für weiteres Wachstum. Dabei hast du sowohl die täglichen Abläufe als auch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs im Blick.
Unsere Kunden sind internationale B2B-Partner, die unsere komplexen Medientechnologie-Produkte nutzen – dein Beitrag sorgt also täglich für funktionierende Workflows in echten Produktionsumgebungen.

Your Tasks

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Supportteams inkl. Coaching, Priorisierung und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Operative Verantwortung für den 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für unsere eigenen Softwarelösungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Supportprozessen, KPIs, Servicelevels und Toolchains
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, DevOps und Entwicklung – du bist ein wichtiger Brückenbauer
  • Unterstützung bei komplexen technischen Kundenanfragen und Eskalationen (hands-on)
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Supportstrategie und Wissensbasis

Your Profile

  • Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination eines technischen Supportteams
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Medien- und Cloud-Technologien (z. B. WebRTC, Video-/Audiostreaming, Kubernetes, Microservices)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Atlassian Suite (insbesondere Jira, Confluence); Erfahrung mit Grafana von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Analytisches Denken, Struktur und ein Gespür für Menschen
