Als Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps (m/w/d) gestaltest du aktiv mit, wie unsere Software gebaut, ausgeliefert und betrieben wird – sowohl in internen Produktumgebungen als auch in konkreten Kundenprojekten. Du bist Teil unseres spezialisierten DevOps-Teams und arbeitest eng mit der Entwicklung zusammen. Dabei bringst du Ideen ein, automatisierst, vereinfachst und ermöglichst reibungslose Deployments auf modernen Plattformen.

Your Tasks

  • Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung unserer CI/CD Pipelines mit GitLab
  • Aufbau und Betrieb unserer Kubernetes-Infrastrukturen auf AWS, Proxmox (OnPrem) und weiteren Plattformen
  • Nutzung von Terraform, Helm, Ansible, ArgoCD und PowerShell zur effizienten Verwaltung und Orchestrierung komplexer Umgebungen
  • Optimierung von Sicherheit, Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit unserer Systeme
  • Unterstützung von Entwicklerteams bei Deployments, Troubleshooting und Infrastrukturentscheidungen
  • Mitwirkung in internationalen Kundenprojekten, inklusive kundenspezifischer Infrastrukturkonzepte

Your Profile

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Kubernetes in Produktivumgebungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in CI/CD-Prozessen, idealerweise mit GitLab
  • Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Helm, Ansible
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, azure) und lokalen Umgebungen (Proxmox)
  • Scripting-Kenntnisse (z. B. PowerShell, Bash, aws cli)

 

Nice to have:

  • Erfahrung mit ArgoCD oder anderen GitOps-Tools
  • Kenntnisse in Medientechnologien (z. B. Streaming, Echtzeitsysteme)
  • Monitoring/Logging (Grafana, Prometheus etc.)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit internationalen Teams und Kunden

 

Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Spaß an der Automatisierung von Prozessen mit. Du musst nicht alles perfekt beherrschen – aber du solltest bereit sein, dich tief in moderne DevOps-Technologien einzuarbeiten.
