As Onsite Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the design and optimization of the supply chain on the project in collaboration with our client and project team. You will ensure the smooth running of on-site logistics processes, including the acceptance of deliveries, their inspection, and the efficient processing of goods. Your responsibilities will encompass the processing of incoming and outgoing goods, the maintenance of records and data, the loading and unloading of goods, and their distribution on construction sites. A hands-on mentality and the ability to take the initiative are essential for this role.

The position is to be filled on-site in Brussels. It is also possible to hire in Germany with deployment in Brussel.
Your Tasks
- Research and advice on planning activities
- General warehouse activities incl. disposal logistics
- Data maintenance in various IT systems
- Loading and unloading of local and long-distance transport vehicles, CEP service providers, etc.
- Coordinating deliveries with project managers, the purchasing department and the customer
- Processing goods movements, including incoming and outgoing goods, both on the system side and physically
- Maintaining goods and transport data in centralized systems
- Monitoring the entire supply chain on the construction site
Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of logistics management or completed training in the field of logistics (ideally business management assistant for forwarding and logistics services) as well as successfully completed further training (e.g. logistics foreman, business economist)
- High resilience
- Possession of a class B driving license
- Possession of a forklift license and experience in handling industrial trucks
- Work experience in a warehouse environment
- Conscientious and responsible work style
- Structured approach and strong hands-on mentality
- Experience with ERP-supported logistics processes and MS Office
- Project-related willingness to travel
- Very good written and spoken English (Dutch and French are an advantage)
