Your Tasks
- Oversee Marketing Technology and Website Operations
Manage and maintain the marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress), ensuring smooth functionality, user adoption, and data integrity. Ensure the qibb website is optimized for performance and usability to support demand generation and content efforts. - Drive Demand-Generation Initiatives
Design, execute, and optimize demand-gen campaigns across channels, including, email, social media, search and paid advertising, while collaborating with your team lead to deliver impactful messaging. - Lead Project Management for Marketing Campaigns & Events
Oversee end-to-end management of marketing campaigns and events, leveraging tools like Jira to track progress, ensure timely delivery, and align cross-functional teams. - Streamline Marketing Processes
Develop and implement scalable processes for account funnel optimization, lead nurturing, and workflow automation to ensure seamless customer journeys from awareness to conversion. Build and maintain scoring models, account grading criteria, and marketing automation workflows to qualify leads efficiently for sales. Additionally, support the adoption of pre-built templates and tools to accelerate execution - Leverage Data and Reporting
Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and overall effectiveness of marketing efforts - Stay Ahead of Trends
Keep up to date with emerging trends and innovations in marketing operations, bringing fresh insights to qibb's strategies - What Excites You

Your Profile
Experience
- 3-5 years in marketing operations or a related role. Experience in the media tech sector or with SaaS platforms is a plus
- Background in B2B marketing for technical software solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Security, etc.)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related subject
Technical Proficiency
- Proven experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) is required
Skills and Qualities
- A keen observer with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- You are motivated and proactive and can learn and work with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to autonomously drive assignments from conceptualization over implementation to assessment and improvement
- Interest in media production and distribution is a plus
- Exceptional English language skills in written and spoken form suitable to execute marketing to an English native audience
