We offer you a trainee program designed to prepare you for the role of Principal Associate within one year. From your very first day, you will receive a permanent employment contract as a Principal Associate. The trainee phase lasts 12 months, during which you will support and assist our Principal in the Delivery division on both technical and organizational levels across various projects. At Qvest, Principals hold full responsibility for both client-facing and internal projects. They manage projects and teams holistically, working closely with project managers and technical leads. They are also accountable for both commercial and technical aspects. After your one-year onboarding period, you will step into your target role as a Principal Associate, working closely with the Principal and collaborating with diverse teams on international projects in the media, information, and communication technology sectors. You will become part of a dynamic, varied, and supportive work environment and benefit from an attractive compensation package from day one.
Your Tasks
- You will work closely with our Principal in the Delivery division and gain a comprehensive understanding of Qvest’s project portfolio
- From the outset, you will receive individual mentoring to prepare you for leading project teams and understanding the responsibilities of a Principal
- You will take on a variety of project-related tasks and execute them independently
- In the medium term, you will assume commercial and technical responsibility within project execution
- You will contribute to the development of client relationships
- You will work on internal projects and help shape the future of our compan
- You will bring in your own ideas and implement them independently, with our support
Your Profile
- A completed Master's degree in Media Informatics, Media Technology, Media Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics - with or without prior work experience
- Strong motivation and a willingness to take initiative and make decisions independently
- Eagerness for personal and professional development, along with a readiness to take on responsibility from the start
- Confident presence, strong communication and teamwork skills, and an analytical working style
- High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly grasp and master new topics independently
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
