As a Project Manager, you will manage a highly complex technical customer project (Broadcasting) and act as an interface between the customer and the technical project team(s). As an organizational talent and team player, you always keep track of deadlines, milestones and the budget and regularly coordinate with your team as well as with customers and external service providers. Your Tasks

  • You work in a team with the technical project manager and specialist engineers and are responsible for project management, monitoring and documentation of large projects in the media environment  
  • You are the responsible contact person for the customer and are responsible for project communication with customers, suppliers and other project participants  
  • You are responsible for project controlling as well as the definition and fulfilment of time, cost and quality project goals  
  • You are responsible for maintaining and operating the project management software used (BlueAnt & Jira) and the ERP system (AP+) for reporting purposes  
  • Creating, updating, publishing and filing project-relevant documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio

Your Profile

  • Completed technical studies  
  • Min. 5 years proven knowledge of broadcast technology
  • Understanding of video/audio signal flow, switchers, cameras, and live production systems
  • Management of equipment suppliers and tech providers
  • Certifications in project management (e.g.: GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) desirable  
  • Knowledge of topics such as PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2 and ITIL  
  • High level of communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills  
  • Confident handling of project management software (e.g. MS Project) and Office application 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German, Flemish or Dutch is an advantage
