As an Associate Project Manager & Commercial Coordinator, you will support national and international media and technology transformation projects. Your main focus will be on project planning and execution, complemented by commercial coordination tasks such as proposal support, order processing, and process optimization. You'll work closely with technical, sales, and bid management teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a junior professional with a structured mindset, an interest in technology, and a drive to improve processes in a collaborative environment.

Your Tasks

Project Management (Primary Focus)

  • Support planning, monitoring, and documentation of national and international tech projects
  • Track project goals (scope, time, cost, quality) and maintain schedules and budgets using PM tools (e.g., MS Project, BlueAnt)
  • Act as a contact for internal teams, clients, and external providers
  • Create and update project documentation using Office 365
  • Use ERP system (AP+) for tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams on project execution

Commercial Coordination & Inside Sales Support

  • Manage customer orders (entry to validation) in German and English
  • Coordinate with departments (sales, PM, purchasing, logistics)
  • Assist in preparing proposals and standardizing documentation
  • Handle change requests and ensure accurate ERP data
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies or training in a technical or commercial field (career changers welcome)
  • Initial experience in project management or sales coordination
  • Interest in PM certifications (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2); ITIL knowledge is a plus
  • Structured, proactive, and analytical approach
  • Strong communication skills across teams and levels
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office 365; experience with PM and ERP tools
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
