As the People & Culture division of the Qvest Group, we are responsible for 15 international locations and 14 Group companies and thus for the entire employee lifecycle as well as for the support and development of our employees worldwide. As a Business Partner, you are the "face" of the department in the organization and act as the contact person for employees and managers in selected companies for all HR-related topics. 

Your Tasks

  • Business Partner for a selection of the 14 national and international Qvest companies
  • Contact person for employees on all people-related topics
  • Supporting and advising department leads and management on operational and strategic personnel topics
  • Interface between the companies you are responsible for, the Shared Service (Talent Acquisition/Development/Administration) and the Head of People & Culture
  • Close coordination with the Shared Service to implement operational topics
  • Supporting strategic planning, personnel budget planning, concept and process development, etc.
  • If required, supporting yearly dialogues and development meetings, target agreement and salary discussions, employee appraisals, etc.
  • Optimization of processes and concepts in collaboration with Shared Service and other business partners
  • Independent implementation of own projects and support for overarching, global projects, e.g. in the area of People Development
  • Cooperation with the works council

Your Profile

  • You have a university degree (e.g. business administration, psychology, business education, social sciences) or completed a commercial training
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of HR, ideally in a generalist role
  • You have extensive experience in supporting employees and managers
  • You have knowledge of labor, works constitution and social security law
  • Ideally, you have experience of working with a works council
  • You have an assertive, communicative personality and a very independent way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility
  • Your strengths include your organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • You are fluent in English and German
