Principal Associate / Management Assistent (m/f/d) - Operations

In your targeted role as Principal Associate, you will support the Operations unit and the Executive Board in various internal and external projects and also take on your own responsibilities.

Your Tasks

  • Supporting the executive board and management in operational topics and projects in the areas of purchasing, partner management, logistics, ERP, processes and process management
  • Organizational control of partner management at the interface to external partners / suppliers and internal teams and departments
  • Support in the establishment of central functions and processes (e.g., cross-location procurement & purchasing processes)
  • Support and assumption of responsibility in process management and certifications, e.g., quality management, environmental management, and similar
  • OKR management in Operations: You are responsible for implementing the OKR model (Objectives & Key Results) in coordination with management and the departments. You support and coach the teams in developing and communicating their objectives, measure, and review success
  • Managing internal projects around processes and systems and improving general, operational processes, in particular at the interface to the project organization and the supporting software tools, their use, and renewal if necessary
  • Integration and introduction of processes and systems at other Qvest locations in Europe and internationally
  • Collaboration at the interface to structures and processes of the Qvest Group and other national and international companies of the Group
  • Taking on special topics in the area of operations and management support, e.g., preparing presentations, trade fairs, ad-hoc and regular evaluations, conducting internal workshops, establishing improvement measures, etc.

ERP:

  • Collaboration in projects by taking over responsibility for tasks and (support in) project management
  • Independent control of customizations in coordination with the ERP provider, including pre-/conception, concept approval, testing, approval of the customization
  • Processing of internal second level tickets
  • Supporting key users with first level support
  • Supporting key users in the creation of training documentation/- videos
  • Master data creation and maintenance

Your Profile

  • University degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration or comparable
  • Ideally you have experience in processes, ERP, logistics, procurement, quality management and general management
  • Initial experience in leading projects or project management
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
  • You are characterized by initiative, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel
