We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for our Practice Control & Communication DACH (m/f/d), who will be jointly responsible for sales development in the area of control centre, display and conference technology. You will be passionate about supporting and retaining corporate customers and customers from public institutions and further expanding our customer business. Working closely with the VP Sales Control & Communication and the Principal Control & Communication and Qvest Marketing, you will sell our services and gain the trust of our customers, building professional relationships with key contacts at customer organisations. As our growth targets spur you on, you know how to help us achieve commercial success.

Your Tasks

  • You will be responsible for sales success with corporate customers and public institutions
  • You are responsible for defining market and customer strategies
  • You take over the categorisation of customers in a tier model defined by Qvest
  • You have a 360° view of the customer
  • You define an "engagement plan" with specific KPIs for customers in each tier to ensure success
  • You have a close relationship with the client's decision makers
  • You work closely with internal interfaces and departments, including Bid and Commercial Management
  • You have the necessary expertise to proactively assess various customers and evaluate them according to internal criteria
  • You have the necessary knowledge to identify and understand customer needs, budgets, strategies and goals
  • You have an understanding of the competitive situation
  • Reporting takes place in Salesforce
  • You are responsible for compliance with the approval matrix

Your Profile

  • You have a diploma or master's degree in business administration, engineering, industrial engineering or similar
  • Proven experience in defining market and customer strategies in highly dynamic market environments
  • You have experience in selling media technology solutions to corporate customers and customers from public institutions
  • Passion for data-driven sales management
  • High customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships both internally and externally
  • You are motivated to work closely with customers, communicate services directly to them and thus understand their needs
  • Commercial acumen and experience in negotiating and closing deals
  • Experienced with sales management software (CRM) and MS Office
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Proactive, ambitious and practice-orientated
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
