(Senior) Solutions Architect

Join us as a Solutions Architect to be at the forefront of transforming the broadcast and media world with qibb, our innovative, cloud-based automation platform. In this critical role, you'll act as both a technical guru and a customer champion, guiding users as they build automation into their media workflows. This is a unique opportunity to shape growth as we look to continue US market expansion. You’ll be working on a small team with big impact, implementing solutions for some of the world’s most iconic media brands. 

• Rapidly master the qibb product and gain deep insights into customer needs, empathizing with their pain points and developing targeted solutions to address their challenges
• Independently design and execute proof of concept (POC) projects and lead demos to showcase qibb technology and value within digital media supply chains 
• Maintain communication throughout the sales funnel, ensuring prospects are supported from trial to contract 
• Support the Customer Engagement team with commercial and technical response to RFIs and RFPs 
• Collaborate closely with our international team of experts to align on global strategies and share insights, ensuring a unified approach to market penetration and customer success
• Be the technical account liaison for larger clients; intake feature requests, answer questions and conduct brainstorm sessions, ultimately leading to renewals and upsell opportunities 

• 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment 
• 3+ years working in media technology and/or operations 
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience  
• Ability to design automation and integration workflows using a low-code integration platform 
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON metadata structures, JavaScript coding a plus 
• Understanding and passion for cloud-native concepts and technologies 
• You are motivated and proactive and can learn and work with a high degree of autonomy  
• You are an effective written and oral communicator 
• You are well-structured, output-oriented, and like to build with a hands-on mentality 
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time 
• Ability to work US Central or Eastern Time

Your Salary Package 

• $110,000 - $160,000 + commission + bonus
