Are you a recent graduate who is excited about media & entertainment and eager to start your career in an international commercial environment? Then our Sales Trainee Program is the perfect starting point for you, offering a launchpad into the fast‑growing world of technology‑focused B2B sales!

Over the course of one year, you will be guided by our Sales Managers and gain hands-on experience across the entire sales cycle. You will learn how commercial processes contribute to complex, international, and technology-driven projects and get deep insights into how sales drives value across the organization.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to take on a permanent role within our Sales team at Associate level.

Please note that we can only consider candidates who are already residing in Dubai.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Assist in new business acquisition through structured outreach, lead generation, and follow-up activities
  • Assist in identification and qualification of sales opportunities and maintain an active prospect pipeline
  • Support the end-to-end sales process through active participation and shadowing of senior colleagues (qualification, discovery, proposals, and closing)
  • Support the preparation of offers and commercial proposals together with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Contribute to pricing preparation and contract coordination in alignment with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, delivery)
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Qvest’s services across relevant client contacts and departments, with guidance from senior team members
  • Assist in coordinating RFP/RFI and tender responses, including collecting internal inputs and ensuring timely submission
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation and pipeline updates in Salesforce, including forecasting support and internal reporting
  • Support customer handovers to delivery teams and contribute to post-sale customer satisfaction

Dein Profil

  • You have completed a technical or commercial degree, e.g., a bachelor’s degree in business administration or management
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge in Excel is a plus)
  • You are communicative and have a team-oriented personality
  • You have excellent written and verbal Arabic & English skills, nice to have: proficiency in French is a plus, but not required
  • You are willing to learn and able to familiarize yourself with new areas of work
  • You have basic technical understanding and interest in media and IT systems
