Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d)

Then support our dedicated accounting team and actively contribute to our national and international growth. As an Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) you always keep track of supplier and intercompany invoices, are responsible for account reconciliation, clarification and master data maintenance as well as reminders and are available to your team leader as competent support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Account assignment and recording of supplier invoices and intercompany invoices
• Carrying out electronic invoice verification (DMS)
• Responsibility for account reconciliation, account clarification and master data maintenance
• Processing reminders
• Preparation of payment runs
• Supporting the team lead with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably with further training as a financial accountant
• At least first professional experience in the area of accounts receivable/accounts payable accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ideally experience in working with eGecko and AP+
• Willingness to work, ability to work in a team and affinity with numbers
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good written and spoken English
