As Head of Support (m/f/d), you will lead and grow our currently 5-person support team, taking care of both day-to-day operations and the strategic development of the support department.
Our clients are international B2B customers using our proprietary software – your work ensures reliable workflows in real-world production environments.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead, mentor, and support the technical support team (2nd and 3rd level)
  • Ensure efficient and customer-focused operations through capacity planning and prioritization
  • Improve support processes, KPIs, service levels, and internal toolchains
  • Act as a key interface between Support, Product Management, DevOps, and Engineering
  • Handle escalated customer requests directly and contribute hands-on to technical troubleshooting
  • Help shape our support strategy, documentation, and knowledge base

Dein Profil

  • Experience in leading or coordinating a technical support team
  • Strong technical understanding, ideally in media and cloud technologies (e.g., WebRTC, video/audio streaming, Kubernetes, microservices)
  • Solid skills in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence); Grafana experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication in both German and English
  • Structured, analytical thinking paired with emotional intelligence
