Management Associate / Management Assistant with Technical Focus (m/f/d)

We offer you an exciting position as Management Associate / Management Assistant with technical focus, in which you will work closely with two of the Managing Directors of Qvest GmbH and gain comprehensive insights into strategic, operational and technical business processes. This position offers you the opportunity to develop professionally and organisationally and to actively contribute to corporate management and technical project implementation.

• Direct support of the management in organisational, administrative and strategic tasks
• Support and coordination of technical projects as well as support in planning and implementation
• Preparation, coordination and follow-up of meetings, presentations and business-relevant documents
• Interface management between different departments, project teams and external partners
• Support of projects for process optimisation and company development
• Support and control of internal processes to ensure an efficient business organisation
• Preparation of reports, analyses and decision papers
• Participation in strategic projects for the further development of the company

• Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Media Technology or a comparable field or alternatively a Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience
• First professional experience in office management, assistance or project management is an advantage
• Technical affinity and interest in digital solutions and new technologies
• High level of organisational talent, initiative and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, confident manner and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
• Analytical mindset and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics
• Confident handling of MS Office, digital tools and ideally experience with project management software
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
