Working Student Marketing (m/f/d)

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a passionate team to design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns and materials. From generating engaging visuals to supporting key events like NAB and IBC, your contributions will help drive qibb’s growth in the media technology space. • Demand Generation: Assist in developing and distributing content across channels (Social Media, Email, Events, Direct Mail, Website) to create leads and accelerate pipeline growth. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up and alignment with target lists
• Events: Support the planning and execution of key industry events such as NAB and IBC, including logistics, marketing collateral, and on-site coordination
• Digital Marketing: Contribute to the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Creative Content Development:
  • Design engaging marketing materials, including graphics, video content, and social media assets, while ensuring alignment with qibb’s brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and professional visual identity
  • Edit and produce video content for campaigns, product showcases, and events
  • Maintain and enhance the visual identity across materials to ensure consistency and impact
• Marketing Material Improvement: Continuously refine marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and catalogs
• Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities
• Website Management: Assist in maintaining and improving the company website for usability and performance

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in graphic design, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good copywriting skills for creating compelling and engaging content across various formats, including social media, email, and web
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus
