Our Bid & Commercial Management is responsible for the national and international support of account management as well as the preparation of commercial and technical offers for all Qvest Practices / Qvest Service areas and ensures commercial management in order processing. In your role as Bid & Commercial Management Coordinator, you act as the internal sales contact for national and international locations and coordinate sales processes in connection with our project business. As the interface between internal departments and suppliers/customers, the focus here is on bid, tender and order processing.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Internal sales contact for national and international locations
  • Independent processing of smaller tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Management of tender-related submissions such as pre-qualifications, request for information (RFI), etc.
  • Participation in the analysis and compilation of commercial, contractual and administrative requirements (RFP / Request Analysis)
  • Organization and submission of the necessary information as well as coordination of communication in the relevant tender and customer portals
  • Supporting Bid Management in the preparation of complex offers for projects and customer requests
  • Collaboration in interdisciplinary, international teams from the request to the preparation of the offer and order processing
  • Creation, revision and standardization of necessary documents for tenders and bid submissions
  • Administrative tasks in the project context in the ERP system used
  • Responsible for the administration of international / EU-wide tender portals

Dein Profil

  • Successfully completed training or studies (commercial or technical)
  • Very good basic commercial understanding
  • Knowledge of EU public procurement law / tendering processes is an advantage
  • Structured, analytical and independent way of working
  • Organisational skills and entrepreneurial flair
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with all dialogue partners in a binding, friendly and equal manner
  • Confident handling of MS Office 365, experience in dealing with merchandise management systems
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German and French
