Warehouse and Rental Specialist (m/f/d)

Exciting sports scenes, breathtaking shows, thrilling concerts: live TV broadcasts thrive on razor-sharp images and crystal-clear sound. The technical equipment has to be just as professional and versatile to bring that live feeling to the end devices. As a specialist (m/f/d) in the warehouse and rental area, you will be very close to the customer. Among other things, you will be responsible for issuing and returning equipment, as well as taking care of the maintenance of rented equipment. We can offer you varied and exciting work in an international environment with well-known customers and suppliers.

• Picking and preparation of equipment for distribution, including preparation of delivery note
• Incoming inspection of equipment for completeness and integrity
• Assisting customers with loading and unloading
• Provision and storage of equipment
• Weekend on-call for equipment issue
• Minor maintenance and repairs
• Cleaning and maintenance of rental equipment
• Updating and verifying software versions
• Configuring equipment to customer specifications
• Coordination of service appointments, maintenance and safety checks
• Delivery and return of equipment
• If required, support in the day-to-day rental business (telephone, quotations, logistics)

• Completed training in the field of media technology, event technology or similar. Alternatively, completed training with a technical and logistical background
• Basic technical knowledge of the broadcast environment to be able to perform appropriate tests or equipment checks
• Experience of working with ERP systems and MS Office
• Experience of temporary employment desirable, ideally with knowledge of GV cameras, lenses and EVS servers
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Existing driving licence (at least class B)
